Our Concept
IKUKA is short for our full name Imo Kuri Kabocha.
Imo: Japanese sweet potato
Kuri: Chestnut
Kabocha: Japanese pumpkin
Our dessert shop brings in some of our favorite flavors from Japan, such as the deliciously starchy and subtle sweetness of imo, kuri, and kabocha. We sell Japan's beloved Mont Blanc, burnt basque cheesecake, mini croissants, mochi bread, and much much more!
Who We Are
IKUKA is a small family-owned business run by the same owners of Sumika Grill, Orenchi Ramen, La Casa Mia, and Ogiku Kaiseki. Our talented Japanese pastry chefs have been professionally trained in both French and Japanese cuisine!
